Pioneering After Sales Service
Powerserve Incorporated, the after sales service and customer support unit of JSC Group, was founded in 1988. The purpose of establishing Powerserve was to provide installation and integration services of Power Electronics products (within and outside warranty period) marketed by Jai Sales Corporation.
At a time when Power Electronics products were mostly imported, customers had to replace the products in the event of failures, because of the lack of after sales service. To bridge this gap, a lab was built in Bengaluru with qualified engineers, who could troubleshoot the products after undergoing training at Digitronics (the manufacturing arm of JSC Group). The lab was also equipped with state-of-the-art testing tools, which guaranteed customer satisfaction and orders for import substitutes.
Today, Powerserve not only provides services for Power Electronics products manufactured by Digitronics, but has also ensured that units of imported manufacture are rectified and successfully reintroduced into the systems (RADARS, Surveillance Systems and Communication Radios). It is a matter of pride that this achievement has been recognized by our domestic and international (Middle East) customers, who have awarded us contracts for developing many imported replacements.
To further enhance and provide a seamless customer experience, Powerserve is in the process of setting up a contact centre. This centre will aim to address the concerns of the customers pan India and provide them with information periodically throughout the entire lifecycle of the transactions.
