JSC
Mr. N S Sampath Kumar, the Founder of JSC, is an Alumnus of the Electrical Engineering Dept. of IIT
Kharagpur, graduating in 1975. After working for a year with L&T as a Graduate Engineer Trainee, he joined IIM Ahmedabad for a post graduate MBA in 1976. He worked in BPL India, before joining hands
with a network of manufacturers engaged in Power Electronics Systems & Components to set up JSC in 1985.

N S Sampath Kumar

Digitronics
Mr. Vijay V Damle is the founder of Digitronics. Born on 8 th April 1942, Mr. Damle graduated in BE (Telecom) from the Engineering College Pune in 1963. He went on to complete his MSC in Engineering (Advanced Electronics) from the same institution in 1964 before getting the Hindu Hitachi Scholarship for practical training in Japan during 1965-66.
He joined a Partnership Firm from 1966~1975, which was into manufacturing Linear Power Supplies, Customs Built Electronic Equipment, and Fluorescent Tube Inverters.
Mr. Damle founded Digitronics in 1975. Initially Digitronics was involved in the manufacturing of Digital Equipment for Automobile Industry, such as RPM indicator, Fuel Consumption Meter, House Power Indicator, etc. and Power Supplies for ICIM and subsequently moved into custom built systems for Defence.
